Women's History Month Challenge

The month of March is recognized around the world as Women's History Month and this year's themes is Women's Education - Women's Empowerment. As a career coach this theme really resonated with me. I understand how important it is that we be knowledgeable and skilled in our field in order to remain competitive and relevant, but even more the theme resonates with me on a personal level. I am at a place in my life where I have finally come into my own and am sharing in this freedom by teaching others to live authentically.

So in an effort to honor and actively participate in this year's Women's History Month I have decided to issue myself...and you...a challenge. 

Every day in March I promise to learn, do or try something new. Knowledge is power. I get that. I believe that and there is power in nurturing and expanding our experiences. I am going to use the month of March as a catalyst to put into practice an intentional process of increasing my knowledge base. And you know I believe in sharing so I'm going to report back to you every day so that you can explore with me. 

Will you join me? Gather a friend or two or three and join in the challenge. Let's work together as a community to learn and grow and share. My hope is that what we start in March will continue throughout 2012. See you on the 1st. Yayyyy!
